Katie has been working in health and fitness for over 8 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science and has a strong passion for helping clients achieve a healthy lifestyle by finding balance with nutrition and physical fitness. She is certified in personal training, group fitness, Pilate’s mat, Pilate’s reformer, yoga, barre, and spin. Katie has a desire to learn new ways to challenge herself and her amazing clients. After all, change is the key to changing.
Katie and her husband Cy have a baby boy named Crue, who turns two in November. She couldn't imagine life without her family and friends.

Michelle Bilder recently came home to Texas after spending 20 plus years in California. Michelle started practicing Holy Yoga six years ago and never looked back and became certified in 2014. Michelle is also a cooking instructor, enjoys paddle boarding and is an avid reader. Michelle has been married to Pete for 24 years and has three children, Madeline, Margaret and George.

Bryttany completed her RYT-200 certificate at Midland Yoga Works, and has intensively studied prenatal yoga through a RYPT School in Austin. Bryttany studied under Iyengar teachers where she learned the basics and fundamentals of yoga. She has learned to bring the Iyengar and Ashtanga principles of yoga into her breath-focused, music flowing, fun Vinyasa and Hot Yoga classes. In addition to yoga, Bryttany enjoys cooking & baking for her family, taking her two sweet pups and son for walks, and living life to fullest each and every day!

Carol Jusko is a certified Holy Yoga instructor. Carol moved to Boerne in 2014 with her husband of 31 years, Bill, and their younger son, Tim, age 20. Their older son, Nate, lives with his family, Kate and daughter Emma, in Odenton, MD. Carol believes we should love God, get healthy, be whole, and love others.

Kelsey graduated from UTSA with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. During school Kelsey’s passion for kinesics didn’t stop in the classroom. She surrounded herself by working at the recreation center on campus and continued her skill set as an aerobics instructor!
When Kelsey isn’t working out, she spends the remainder of her week changing lives as a Diabetes Consultant in the medical field. Kelsey is a local Boerne resident who enjoys spending time either hiking, mountain biking, playing with her two dogs Gus and Taco. . . . .Oh and of course spending time with her husband! Maddie has found a love for health and fitness throughout high school and now into her college years. This has led her to become a group exercise certified instructor through AFAA, and has been teaching spin and a variety of classes for a year and a half. She enjoys high intensity functional training and is passionate about the importance of focusing on what your body CAN do as well as inner strength, rather than on physical appearance. She loves helping people achieve their goals and can't wait to meet YOU!

Liz Bergman was born and raised in San Antonio. After a friend introduced her to yoga in 2012, she discovered a deeper sense of connection with herself and others and developed a consistent practice. In 2015 she traveled to Whistler, British Columbia for a 200 hour Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher training and in March of 2017 she completed a Prenatal training on the Big Island of Hawaii. She enjoys sharing her passion of traditional yoga teachings, connecting members of the community, encouraging others to live and thrive authentically, and creating inspiring affirmations.
