Katie has been working in health and fitness for over 8 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science and has a strong passion for helping clients achieve a healthy lifestyle by finding balance with nutrition and physical fitness. She is certified in personal training, group fitness, Pilate’s mat, Pilate’s reformer, yoga, barre, and spin. Katie has a desire to learn new ways to challenge herself and her amazing clients. After all, change is the key to changing.
Katie and her husband Cy have a baby boy named Crue, who turns two in November. She couldn't imagine life without her family and friends.
Baylee fell in love with the community aspect of studio fitness, which inspired her to become a certified group fitness instructor. Her favorite thing about B Well is that all are welcome — no matter where you are in your fitness journey. She hopes participants leave her classes feeling energized, challenged, and accomplished!
When she’s not at the studio, she loves reading, happy hour, cooking with her husband, and snuggling her two adorable dogs.
Ariel is a 200 hr RYT Adaptive Flow Teacher with therapeutic based training. Her training allows her to be capable to teach a variety of styles, to any body and every body type. She will meet you where you are in your practice by always providing the opportunity for modifications , variations or the choice to step out of a pose if uncomfortable, in order to help you create your own practice and experience that is perfect for your body.
Marcel and his family, originally from South Africa, moved to the Boerne area in 2016. Marcel is passionate about fitness and loves to see people meet and exceed their goals and expectations. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching spin class and offers personal 1 on 1 training. He is a qualified SPARTAN Strong Instructor and has a certification from Schwinn as a Cycling (Power) Instructor. When Marcel is not teaching he is spending time with his wife and children, working on motorcycles or doing some DIY projects around the house.

Maddie has found a love for health and fitness throughout high school and now into her college years. This has led her to become a group exercise certified instructor through AFAA, and has been teaching spin and a variety of classes for a year and a half. She enjoys high intensity functional training and is passionate about the importance of focusing on what your body CAN do as well as inner strength, rather than on physical appearance. She loves helping people achieve their goals and can't wait to meet YOU!

Bryttany completed her RYT-200 certificate at Midland Yoga Works, and has intensively studied prenatal yoga through a RYPT School in Austin. Bryttany studied under Iyengar teachers where she learned the basics and fundamentals of yoga. She has learned to bring the Iyengar and Ashtanga principles of yoga into her breath-focused, music flowing, fun Vinyasa and Hot Yoga classes. In addition to yoga, Bryttany enjoys cooking & baking for her family, taking her two sweet pups and son for walks, and living life to fullest each and every day!
