Barre Pilates

Join us for a high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Our small group classes are designed to help you elongate and strengthen your muscles in a safe and effective way!

All levels welcome – as long as you’re ready to work it!

Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga integrates His Word, prayer, worship and the physical practice of yoga to contemporary and Christian music.

Holy Yoga Fusion

Holy Yoga Fusion is about weaving our faith into our personal journey toward wholeness. Creative movements with weights, core work, and yoga asanas unite with the breath in this challenging Intermediate level class. Modifications are always available.

Hot Yoga

This hot yoga class is a vinyasa flow yoga with optional inversions and arm balances to fun, rockin' music. Students will develop strength, flexibility, and endurance through practicing traditional poses while moving in creative sequences. Be ready to have fun and sweat a little! Variations and options will be given to modify or intensify your practice. The room is heated by infrared heaters (85/88F).

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga practice is designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Hatha yoga provides modifications and explanations for beginners, and those coming back from injuries/surgeries. Class can fluctuate from an all mat class to incorporating standing postures and flows. Come experience the benefits of yoga through this Hatha practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you will explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. This yoga class will work every muscle through movement and breath while incorporating strength, balance and flexibility. Expect to leave feeling challenged, as well as restored.

All levels welcome! Modifications are always available for beginners and added challenges available for pros!
