Strength & Spin
Strength & Spin is a high energy 45 minute class broken into 30 minutes of spin including sprints, HIIT intervals, endurance, and climbing tracks followed by 15 minutes of full body kettle bell work and stretching off the bike. Come join us in the sweat box and be prepared to get your sweat on!
Come join us for a 45-minute indoor cycling workout. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Indoor cycling is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement and cardio fitness level. You are able to connect with the group’s energy, find your rhythm and get motivation from the beat of the music. You control your workout by controlling your own resistance levels. It’s a journey, not a race!
